Refund Policy

Last updated: 09/06/2025At Launchwise Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and resources. Because our work involves time, expertise, and/or digital content, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Services

  • Consulting Sessions: Fees for completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Digital Products & Resources

  • Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, templates, or toolkits), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

  • If you encounter technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve the problem.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Launchwise Consulting.
